Items may be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition within 30 days of the purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact American Radon Mitigation to initiate a return process.

*American Radon Mitigation Inc. guarantees that the annual average radon level in a client’s home will be 1.5 pCi/L or less for five years, beginning on the installation date, so long as all items on the bid are selected. The 1.5 pCi/L guarantee does not apply to certain property conditions or areas where the outdoor ambient radon concentration exceeds the national average of 0.4 pCi/L.
